Mercedes is a traditional Mexican cooker, who learned how to cook by watching her mother and grandmother. Arriving to France, she wanted to reclaim Mexican gastronomy and showcase the richness of ancestral cuisine.

Mercedes est une cuisinière traditionnelle mexicaine, elle a appris la cuisine en observant sa mère et sa grand-mère. En arrivant en France, elle a voulu revendiquer la gastronomie mexicaine et montrer la richesse d’une cuisine ancestrale.
